When deposit is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. However, you are welcome to move your party to another available date and time.
NOTE: BIRTHDAY PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE CELEBRATED IN THE SNACK AREA INCLUDING CAKE AND BIRTHDAY GIFT-GIVING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
